Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing times may increase during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or sales.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Split Shipments

Because we work with a fulfillment partner, items in your order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
